Step 1 - Book Online 📝

Select the package that best fits your needs — whether it’s just photos and video, answers to specific questions, or a detailed written report with suburb insights. Simply enter the property address, inspection time, and any questions or concerns you'd like us to focus on. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll take care of everything from there.

Step 2 - We Attend for You 🏡

An experienced local inspector will attend the scheduled rental inspection on your behalf. Acting as your eyes on the ground, they’ll capture high-quality photos, a full video walkthrough, and carefully check anything you’ve asked us to review. You don’t need to coordinate with the real estate agent, just register for the inspection in your name, and we’ll handle the rest.

Step 3 - Get Your Inspection Details Within Hours 📩

Depending on the package you choose, you'll receive one or more of the following:

  • Photos & Walkthrough Video showing the property’s layout, condition, and key features

  • Answers to Your Questions, including notes on anything specific you'd like us to check

I’m Andrew — the founder of Inspect For You

This business was born out of a challenge I faced myself: relocating to the Melbourne CBD without the time to attend property inspections. I had to rely on family to check places for me, often receiving only a brief video and some rushed feedback. It was stressful and left me uncertain about the decisions I was making.

I soon realised that many others face the same challenge — whether they’re relocating, working full-time, living overseas, or simply unable to attend inspections in person. Choosing the right property without being there is tough.

What started as my personal struggle has now grown into a national service built on trust, transparency, and the belief that everyone deserves peace of mind when making property decisions. At Inspect For You, our mission is simple: to give you the confidence to make informed decisions about a property, even if you can’t be there yourself.

  • Inspect For You offers thorough, reliable, and affordable property inspections complete with clear visual documentation and expert insights. Our dedicated team ensures that every detail is carefully examined so you can make informed decisions. We provide peace of mind by making sure you have all the necessary information and a comprehensive understanding of the property’s condition before you sign your lease agreement.

  • All details will be sent through via email. You will receive access to a google drive that will store all of the media needed to make an informed decision.

  • Since the inspection used your name, email, and phone number, all details will be sent to you. The real estate agent will give you the inspection link, and we will record any application codes during the inspection.

  • If you require more than 1 inspection, the Pack of 3 or 5 inspections allows you to book multiple properties at a discounted rate. You can schedule all inspections at once or spread them out over time, depending on your needs. Simply contact us to arrange your additional inspections and we'll ensure everything is organised efficiently.
