Step 1 - Book Online đź“ť
Select the package that best fits your needs — whether it’s just photos and video, answers to specific questions, or a detailed written report with suburb insights. Simply enter the property address, inspection time, and any questions or concerns you'd like us to focus on. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll take care of everything from there.
Step 2 - We Attend for You 🏡
An experienced local inspector will attend the scheduled rental inspection on your behalf. Acting as your eyes on the ground, they’ll capture high-quality photos, a full video walkthrough, and carefully check anything you’ve asked us to review. You don’t need to coordinate with the real estate agent, just register for the inspection in your name, and we’ll handle the rest.
Step 3 - Get Your Inspection Details Within Hours đź“©
Depending on the package you choose, you'll receive one or more of the following:
Photos & Walkthrough Video showing the property’s layout, condition, and key features
Answers to Your Questions, including notes on anything specific you'd like us to check
