Terms and Conditions for 3-Pack Question Package

  1. Validity:
    The 3-Pack Question Package is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. All inspections must be used within this period. After 2 months, any unused inspections will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or carried over.

    Non-Refundable:
    The 3-Pack is a non-refundable offer. Payments made for the bundle are final, and no refunds will be issued for unused inspections.

    Transferability:
    Inspections within the 3-Pack are non-transferable to other customers or entities. They can only be used by the original purchaser or their designated tenants.

    Unused Inspections:
    If not all three inspections are used by the expiry date, the remaining inspections will be considered void. There will be no partial credit, refund, or rollover for unused inspections.

    Scheduling:

    • All inspections must be scheduled and completed within the validity period.

    • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice must be provided when booking an inspection. Inspections requested with less than 12 hours’ notice will not be guaranteed and may count as a missed inspection.

    • If an inspection is missed or canceled without proper notice (as per the standard cancellation policy), it will count as a used inspection.

    Additional Charges:
    Any additional services beyond the Question Package (e.g., urgent requests, extra photos/videos, a full report or extended neighbourhood insights) will be charged separately and are not included in the 3-Pack.

    Changes to Terms:
    Inspect For You reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the purchaser.

    Agreement:
    By purchasing the 3-Pack Question Package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
