Terms and Conditions for 3-Pack Photo & Video Package

1. Validity

The 3-Pack Photo & Video Package is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. All three inspections must be booked and completed within this period. Any unused inspections after the 2-month expiry will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or carried over.

2. Non-Refundable

The 3-Pack is non-refundable once any inspection has been booked. All payments made for this bundle are final, and no refunds will be issued for unused inspections.
If a refund is approved at the sole discretion of Inspect For You before any inspections are booked, it will be processed less a $10 processing fee.

3. Transferability

Inspections within the 3-Pack are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or their nominated tenant(s). They cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another customer or entity.

4. Unused Inspections

Any inspections not used within the validity period will be deemed void. There will be no partial refunds, credits, or extensions for unused inspections.

5. Scheduling

  • All inspections must be scheduled and completed within the validity period.

  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required when booking an inspection.

  • Requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice are not guaranteed and may be treated as a missed inspection.

  • Any inspection missed or cancelled outside of our standard cancellation policy will be counted as a used inspection.

6. Additional Charges

The 3-Pack includes Photo & Video services only. Any additional services—including but not limited to:

  • Urgent or priority requests

  • Additional photos or video

  • Questions Service

  • Full Report

  • Full Report + Neighbourhood Insights

will be charged separately at the standard rate.

Bookings outside our main service areas may incur an additional regional or travel fee of $30–$50 per inspection, which will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to attendance.

7. Changes to Terms

Inspect For You reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to purchasers where applicable.

8. Agreement

By purchasing the 3-Pack Photo & Video Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
